研究目的：

1、主要目的：明确GLIM评分量表对肝胆胰外科围手术期患者营养风险及营养不良评估的有效性和适用性。 2、探索性目的：探讨肝胆胰外科围手术期患者血清蛋白及氨基酸水平、血清炎症水平、肌肉量等营养因素，与并发症种类及发生率（如肝功能衰竭、感染）、术后住院时长、术后30天死亡率等临床结局的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The main objective is to clarify the validity and applicability of the GLIM scoring scale in assessing the nutritional risk and malnutrition of perioperative patients in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery. 2. The exploratory objective is to investigate the correlation between nutritional factors such as serum protein and amino acid levels, serum inflammatory levels, and muscle mass of perioperative patients in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery, and clinical outcomes such as the types and incidence of complications (such as liver failure and infection), postoperative hospital stay, and 30-day postoperative mortality.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有严重的心脑血管疾病、恶液质、肝肾疾病、胃肠道疾病、内分泌系统疾病、感染性疾病或是精神疾患； 2. 由于其它原因不能继续完成干预研究或影响研究结果的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease, cachexia, liver or kidney disease, gastrointestinal disease, endocrine system disorder, infectious disease, or psychiatric illness; 2. Unable to continue the intervention study or likely to compromise study outcomes due to other reasons.
