研究目的：

1.确定基于奥马哈系统的老年髋部骨折患者术前预康复运动管理方案。 2.将构建的方案进行临床应用，并验证其有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Determine the preoperative pre-rehabilitation exercise management plan for elderly patients with hip fractures based on the Omaha System. 2. Apply the constructed plan in clinical practice and verify its effectiveness and safety.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并严重基础疾病导致手术禁忌的患者； 2.重要脏器功能不全的患者； 3.精神障碍或抑郁症者； 4.正在参加类似研究者； 5.由于各种原因不能继续/要求退出研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe underlying diseases that lead to surgical contraindications; 2. Patients with impaired functions of vital organs; 3. People with mental disorders or depression; 4. Currently participating in similar research; 5. Patients who are unable to continue or request to withdraw from the study for various reasons.
