研究目的：

针对精神疾病缺乏客观有效的分类诊断体系、病因机制不明等亟待解决的关键问题，本研究拟建立大型的重性精神障碍(抑郁症/双相情感障碍/精神分裂症)生物大样本数据库，利用脑电数据、基因数据、临床资料和临床评估的多维度信息，结合先进的多模态融合算法和大数据检索算法，加深对重性精神障碍病理机制的理解，开发重性精神障碍数智精准诊疗系统，为建立高水平精神疾病诊疗模式提供理论基础及技术支撑平台  

Objectives of Study：

In view of the key issues that need to be solved, such as the lack of an objective and effective classification and diagnosis system for mental diseases and the unknown etiology and mechanisms, this study plans to establish a large biological sample database of severe mental disorders (depression/bipolar disorder/schizophrenia), using EEG data, genetic data, and clinical information. Multi-dimensional information of data and clinical evaluation, combined with advanced multi-modal fusion algorithms and big data retrieval algorithms, deepen the understanding of the pathological mechanisms of severe mental disorders, develop a digital intelligence precision diagnosis and treatment system for severe mental disorders, and provide a theoretical basis and technical support platform for the establishment of a high-level mental illness diagnosis and treatment model.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

精神分裂症组 1.存在头部外伤史；存在输血史；患有脑器质性疾病、神经系统疾病及严重的内分泌或代谢性疾病者； 2.伴有其他 DSM-IV 轴 I、Ⅱ疾病者（如酒精\物质相关障碍、精神发育迟滞等）3、对测试不合作者或不能有效完成者； 4.安装有固定金属假牙、心脏起搏器或金属假体植入物者； 5.色盲； 6.1 年内处于孕产期； 7.6 个月内曾电休克治疗。 双相情感障碍组 1.存在头部外伤史；存在输血史；患有脑器质性疾病、神经系统疾病及严重的内分泌或代谢性疾病者； 2.伴有其他 DSM-IV 轴 I、Ⅱ疾病者（如酒精\物质相关障碍、精神发育迟滞等） 3.对测试不合作者或不能有效完成者； 4.安装有固定金属假牙、心脏起搏器或金属假体植入物者； 5.色盲； 6.1 年内处于孕产期； 7.6 个月内曾电休克治疗。 抑郁症组 1.存在头部外伤史；存在输血史；患有脑器质性疾病、神经系统疾病及严重的内分泌或代谢性疾病者； 2.伴有其他 DSM-IV 轴 I、Ⅱ疾病者（如酒精\物质相关障碍、精神发育迟滞等）; 3.对测试不合作者或不能有效完成者； 4.安装有固定金属假牙、心脏起搏器或金属假体植入物者； 5.色盲； 6.1 年内处于孕产期； 7.6 个月内曾电休克治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

The schizophrenia group: 1. Those with a history of head trauma; a history of blood transfusion; those with organic brain diseases, neurological diseases, and severe endocrine or metabolic diseases; 2. Those with other DSM-IV Axis I and II diseases (such as alcohol/substance-related disorders, mental retardation, etc.); 3. Those who are uncooperative or unable to complete the test effectively; 4. Those with fixed metal dentures, pacemakers or metal prosthetic implants; 5. Color blindness; 6. Being in the pregnancy and childbirth period within 1 year; 7. Having received electroconvulsive therapy within 6 months. The bipolar disorder group: 1. Those with a history of head trauma; a history of blood transfusion; those with organic brain diseases, neurological diseases, and severe endocrine or metabolic diseases; 2. Those with other DSM-IV Axis I and II diseases (such as alcohol/substance-related disorders, mental retardation, etc.) 3. Those who are uncooperative with the test or unable to complete it effectively; 4. Those with fixed metal dentures, pacemakers or metal prosthetic implants; 5. Color blindness; 6. Pregnant and childbirth within 1 year; 7. Patients who have received electroconvulsive treatment within 6 months. The depression group: 1.
