研究目的：

本研究旨在基于大样本回顾性队列，系统分析高级别鳞状上皮内病变（HSIL）患者行宫颈环形电切术（LEEP）后高危型人乳头瘤病毒（HR-HPV）持续感染的危险因素，为术后高危人群的精准识别和个体化管理提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically analyze the risk factors for persistent infection of high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) in patients with high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL) who have undergone loop electrosurgical excision procedure ( cervical LEEP), based on a large-sample retrospective cohort, so as to provide a scientific basis for the accurate identification and individualized management of high-risk populations after surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.临床资料缺失或关键信息不全（如术前HPV阴性、HPV分型不详、随访中断或失访）； 2.宫颈LEEP术后6个月内接受全子宫切除术、宫颈冷冻、激光、光动力或其他局部辅助治疗者； 3.妊娠期或产后8周内接受LEEP术者； 4.既往有宫颈有创治疗史（包括LEEP术、锥切术、冷冻或激光治疗）； 5.既往诊断为宫颈癌或生殖道其他恶性肿瘤； 6.有盆腔放射治疗或系统性化疗史； 7.长期使用免疫抑制剂或合并免疫系统疾病（如系统性红斑狼疮、HIV感染等）.

Exclusion criteria：

1.incomplete key information (e.g., negative preoperative HPV, unknown HPV genotyping, interrupted follow-up or loss to follow-up;
2.Patients who underwent total hysterectomy, cervical cryotherapy, laser therapy, photodynamic therapy, or other local adjuvant therapies within 6 months after cervical LEEP;
3.Patients who underwent LEEP during pregnancy or within 8 weeks postpartum;
4.A history of invasive cervical treatment (including LEEP, conization, cryotherapy, or laser therapy) in the past;
5.A previous diagnosis of cervical cancer or other malignant tumors of the reproductive tract;
6.A history of pelvic radiotherapy or systemic chemotherapy;
7.Long-term use of immunosuppressants or complicated with immune system diseases (e.g., systemic lupus erythematosus, HIV infection, etc.
