研究目的：

神经功能缺失、卒中后认知障碍(PSCI)及焦虑抑郁状态等急性缺血性脑血管病神经血管功能改变严重影响患者生存质量及预后，但相关影响因素繁杂而不确定。通过前瞻性队列研究探讨卒中后急性高血压反应与脑血管病相关神经功能缺失、PSCI及焦虑抑郁状态的相互关联，结合动态观察、量化分析血清CTRP9水平在缺血性脑卒中患者中的变化规律，探讨其与卒中后神经血管功能改变间的相互影响，为深入认识卒中后急性高血压反应、改善缺血性脑卒中临床预后、提高患者生存质量提供临床研究依据，为进一步探讨卒中预后相关的敏感、特异性生物学标志提供实验依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The changes of neurovascular function in acute ischemic cerebrovascular diseases, such as neural function deficiency, post-stroke cognitive disorder (PSCI) and anxiety and depression state, seriously affect the quality of life and prognosis of patients, but the related influencing factors are complex and uncertain.By prospectie cohort study of acute hypertensive response after stroke associated with cerebrovascular disease nerve disfunction, PSCI anxiety and depression state of interconnected, combining dynamic observation, quantitative analysis of serum level of CTRP9 change rule in ischemic stroke patients, to discuss with the mutual influence between nerve blood vessel function change after stroke, for further understanding of acute hypertensive response after stroke, improve clinical prognosis of ischemic cerebral apoplexy, improve patient quality of life to provide clinical research basis, in order to further explore the prognosis of stroke related sensitive and specific biomarkers to provide experimental basis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）入院时有严重心、肝、肾、肺等影响患者预后的系统性疾病；
（2）不能配合完成评估的患者；
（3）既往有明确认知障碍病史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) With serious heart, liver, kidney, lung and other systemic diseases that affect patients' cognition;
(2) patients who cannot cooperate to complete the evaluation;
(3) a clear history of cognitive impairment.
