研究目的：

探讨以专科护士为主导的动机干预对肠造口患者自护能力、激活能力、造口并发症发生率及生活质量的影响，为肠造口患者的康复提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of specialized nurse-led motivational intervention on self-care ability, activation ability, incidence of stoma complications, and quality of life in patients with enterostomy, thereby providing theoretical basis for the rehabilitation of these patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.多器官严重受损的患者； 2.存在视力、听力障碍的患者； 3.全身免疫性疾病或存在免疫障碍的患者； 4.参与其他干预研究者； 5.拒绝参加本实验或有特殊原因需要终止该研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe multi-organ impairment; 2. Patients with visual or auditory impairments; 3. Patients with systemic immune diseases or immune dysfunction; 4. Participants in other intervention studies; 5. Patients who refuse to participate in this trial or have special reasons to discontinue the study.

选取2025年12月至2027年3月常州市某三甲医院就诊的84名肠造口患者作为研究对象，随机数字表法分配至对照组和干预组，对照组42人、干预组42人。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A total of 84 patients with colostomy who were admitted to a tertiary hospital in Changzhou from December 2025 to March 2027 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly assigned to the control group and the intervention group using a random number table, with 42 patients in each group.
