研究目的：

揭示肠道菌群变化对PICS患者全身免疫功能及预后的影响，包括： 1. 揭示不同疾病进程PICS患者肠道菌群的变化规律； 2. 重症PICS患者全身免疫功能的变化及抗生素的影响； 3. 益生菌治疗对PICS患者肠道菌群及全身免疫功能的作用； 4. PD-1/PD-Ls介导PICS时肠道菌群改变对全身免疫功能的影响； 5. 全身免疫功能、肠道菌群变化与PICS患者28天及60天生存率的相关性；  

Objectives of Study：

To reveal the effects of varibility in intestinal flora on systemic immunity and prognosis in PICS patients: 1. Study on relationship of intestinal flora changes and disease progression in patients with PICS; 2. Changes of systemic immune function in patients with severe PICS and the effects of antibiotics; 3. Changes of the intestinal microbial flora and systemic immunity in PICS patients under treatment with probiotics; 4. Effects of varibility in intestinal flora on systemic immunity in PD-1/PD-Ls mediated PICS patients; 5. Correlation between systemic immunity, intestinal flora variation and 28 and 60 days survival rate;

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、年龄<18岁或>80岁；2、ICU入住时间<10天；3、近一个月以来使用激素或免疫抑制剂者；4、慢性疾病如肿瘤等；

Exclusion criteria：

1. hormone or immunosuppressive agents used in the past month;
2. chronic diseases such as tumors;
