研究目的：

本研究旨在探究基于影像学（计算机断层扫描（CT））测量得到的腰大肌面积评估的衰弱是否可用于预测老年患者腹部手术术后短期临床结局。通过整合影像学数据，有望构建更精准的风险预测模型，为个体化围手术期管理提供科学依据，同时推动影像技术在围手术医学中的创新应用。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to investigate whether the assessment of lumbar muscle area weakness based on imaging (computed tomography (CT)) measurements can be used to predict short-term clinical outcomes in elderly patients undergoing abdominal surgery. By integrating imaging data, it is expected to construct more accurate risk prediction models, provide scientific basis for individualized perioperative management, and promote the innovative application of imaging technology in perioperative medicine.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有已知的与肌肉萎缩相关的肌肉骨骼或神经系统疾病（如小儿麻痹症、中风、周围神经病变）；
2.CT 视野未包括腹部或 CT 文件无法获取；
3.未提供知情同意的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Suffering from known musculoskeletal or neurological disorders associated with muscle atrop;
2.CT field of view does not include abdomen or CT file cannot be obtained;
3.Patients who did not provide informed consent.
