研究目的：

与目前广泛应用的多孔钽金属垫块相比较，评估新型多孔钛金属在伴有严重骨缺损患者的髋关节翻修术中的应用效果和安全性能。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the new porous Titanium in the revision of hip arthroplasty with severe bone defectcomparing with the widely used porous Tantalum augments.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

A．严重心、肝、肾功能不全（心肌缺血或心肌梗塞、心律失常及心功能不全），明显局灶或全身感染等手术禁忌症患者；
B．胃溃疡、胃出血、糖尿病或其他自身免疫性疾病、高血压未控制、结核、精神类疾病患者、HIV感染或AIDS患者；
C．金属过敏患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic and renal dysfunction (myocardial ischemia or myocardial infarction, arrhythmia and cardiac dysfunction), obvious focal or systemic infection, etc.
2. Patients with gastric ulcer, gastric bleeding, diabetes or other autoimmune diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, tuberculosis, mental illness, HIV infection or AIDS;
3. Metal allergy patients.
