研究目的：

本项研究目的是评估新型高流量氧疗鼻罩对肥胖患者镇静胃肠镜检查期间低氧血症的影响。

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of a new high-flow oxygen therapy nasal mask on hypoxemia during sedative gastroscopy in obese patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）过去6个月内有心肌梗死和不稳定型心绞痛、严重心律失常病史； 2）肺炎或不吸氧时脉搏血氧饱和度（SpO2）<90%； 3）怀孕或哺乳期； 4）对异丙酚、鸡蛋、大豆或白蛋白过敏者； 5）前三个月内参加过其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) There was a history of myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris and severe arrhythmia in the past 6 months; 2) Pneumonia or pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2) < 90% when breathing air 3) Pregnancy or lactation; 4) Allergic to propofol, egg, soybean or albumin; 5) Patients with nasal congestion, deviation of nasal septum, epistaxis or other factors affecting nasal ventilation 6) Those who participated in other clinical studies in the first three months.
