研究目的：

本研究旨在基于多模态临床数据，利用机器学习方法，开发并前瞻性验证一个适用于呼吸重症患者的营养不良风险预测模型，以精准识别营养不良高风险人群，为个体化营养管理提供循证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop and prospectively validate a malnutrition risk prediction model for critically ill respiratory patients, based on multimodal clinical data and machine learning methods, in order to accurately identify high-risk populations for malnutrition and provide evidence-based support for individualized nutritional management.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.外科术后转入ICU的患者；
2.入院前已确诊营养不良的患者；
3.拒绝签署知情同意书或要求在试验阶段退出的患者；
4.入组期间同时参与其他可能干扰本研究结果的临床研究的患者；
5.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients transferred to the ICU following surgical procedures;
2.Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of malnutrition prior to admission;
3.Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form or request withdrawal during the trial phase;
4.Patients concurrently participating in other clinical studies that may interfere with the results of this research;
5.Pregnant or lactating women;
