Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.活动性自身免性或结缔组织疾病；严重凝血功能障碍或其他不适合参加研究的情况；研究者判断不宜入组者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Active autoimmune or connective tissue diseases;
2.severe coagulation dysfunction or other conditions unsuitable for study participation;
3.any other circumstances deemed by the investigator as inappropriate for enrollment.

数据采集和管理包括病例记录表和电子数据管理。临床资料由研究人员依据病历和问卷填写至CRF，实验数据和分析结果以去标识化形式保存于加密计算机和服务器中，仅限研究团队成员访问，并定期备份。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection and management include case record forms (CRFs) and electronic data management. Clinical information is recorded by investigators based on medical records and questionnaires. Experimental and analytical data are de-identified, securely stored on password-protected computers or servers, with access restricted to authorized research team members and regular backups performed.
