研究目的：

通过本研究，利用中青年女性甲状腺癌术后患者来院复查等待结果的时间为患者进行心理干预，为患者讲解甲状腺癌的相关知识，提高患者疾病认知，指导其合理发泄负性情绪，调整甲状腺癌术后患者的心理状况，消除患者对疾病的悲观态度，提高其生活质量，降低发生抑郁症的风险。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to utilize the waiting period during postoperative follow-up visits for young and middle-aged female thyroid cancer patients to implement psychological interventions. These interventions involve educating patients about thyroid cancer-related knowledge, enhancing their understanding of the disease, guiding them in appropriately expressing negative emotions, and adjusting their psychological state after surgery. The goal is to help eliminate patients’ pessimistic attitudes toward the disease, improve their quality of life, and reduce the risk of developing depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）合并其他精神系统疾病；（2）合并严重心脑血管疾病；（3）合并严重脏器功能不全；（4）有颅脑损伤史；（5）认知功能障碍；（6）哺乳期或妊娠期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Concomitant with other psychiatric disorders; (2) Concomitant with severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; (3) Concomitant with severe organ dysfunction; (4) History of craniocerebral injury; (5) Cognitive dysfunction; (6) Women who are breastfeeding or pregnant.

中青年女性甲状腺癌术后患者来院复查，在等待检查结果时间内，用15分钟时间为患者讲解甲状腺癌的相关知识，提高患者疾病认知，指导其合理发泄负性情绪，调整甲状腺癌术后患者的心理状况，消除患者对疾病的悲观态度；每个来院复查的术后患者连续进行3次心理干预。

Intervention：

Young and middle-aged female thyroid cancer patients came to the hospital for follow-up examinations. While waiting for their test results, a 15-minute session was conducted to educate them about thyroid cancer-related knowledge, enhance their disease awareness, guide them in appropriately expressing negative emotions, and adjust their psychological state after surgery, thereby eliminating pessimistic attitudes toward the disease. Each postoperative patient received three consecutive psychological interventions during their follow-up visits.
