Objectives of Study:

1. Model Construction: Integrate nutritional indicators (such as GNRI, PNI, serum albumin, etc.) and clinical variables (age, type of surgery, comorbidities, etc.) to develop a high-precision POD prediction model. 2. Validation and Optimization: Validate the model's efficacy through cohort studies to ensure its generalization ability and clinical applicability. 3. Mechanism Exploration: Analyze the biological association between nutritional status and POD to reveal potential pathological mechanisms.

排除标准:

1.年龄<65岁; 2.心脏手术; 3.不愿意配合完善实验室检查。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Age < 65 years; 2. Cardiac surgery; 3. Unwilling to cooperate with comprehensive laboratory tests.
