研究目的：

本课题的核心目标是基于单中心临床队列，系统评估并比较功能性颈淋巴结清扫术与传统 脓肿扩清引流术治疗复杂性颈淋巴结结核的长期疗效与预后，重点在于明确不同术式对患者术后复发风险的独立影响，并探索影响疗效的关键临床因素，最终为手术方案的优化选择提供循证医学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The core objective of this study is to systematically evaluate and compare the long-term efficacy and prognosis of functional cervical lymph node dissection versus conventional abscess debridement and drainage in the treatment of complicated cervical lymph node tuberculosis, based on a single-center clinical cohort. The focus lies on clarifying the independent impact of different surgical approaches on the risk of postoperative recurrence and exploring key clinical factors influencing therapeutic outcomes, ultimately providing evidence-based medical support for the optimal selection of surgical strategies.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）颈深肿物探查切除术。这些手术的适应症狭窄而被认为不适合纳入本研究。 2） 排除不规范的颈淋巴结清扫：如手术记录中仅提及了局部几个淋巴结的清扫而没有对具体的范围进行规定，应该予以排除。3）排除为了确诊而进行的手术（即使为了清除病灶而进行了完整的清扫）。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Exploration and resection of deep cervical masses. These surgeries have narrow indications and are considered unsuitable for inclusion in this study. 2) Exclusion of non-standard cervical lymph node dissections: such as when the surgical records only mention the dissection of a few local lymph nodes without specifying the exact scope, they should be excluded. 3) Exclusion of surgeries performed for diagnosis (even if a complete dissection was carried out to remove the lesion).
