研究目的：

（1）明确APG联合manuka蜂蜜敷料治疗3-4期压力性损伤能促进组织愈合修复，和对照组相比较能缩短治疗周期。（2）明确APG联合manuka蜂蜜敷料治疗3-4期压力性损伤能显著减少创面的感染。（3）为进一步研究3-4期压力性损伤的有效治疗打下基础。

Objectives of Study：

1. Making sure that APG and manuka honey dressing could help accelerating the tissue repair in pressure injury, and can shorten the period of wound healing, compared with the control group; 2. Making sure that APG and manuka honey dressing could decrease the infection rate of the wound; 3. Laying the first stone of the effective treatment of stage3-4 pressure injury.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

年龄<18岁或>95岁，糖尿病酮症酸中毒，非酮症高渗昏迷哺乳期孕期妇女，对多种药物有过敏史或近期有过敏性疾病者，有严重心肺疾病（不稳定心绞痛发作，心功能不全III-IV级，急性心肌梗死，慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期，肺源性心脏病）肝硬化糖尿病肾病IV期以上，经积极治疗病情仍不稳定者，血小板计数低于100，恶性肿瘤导致溃疡，有精神病以及无自知力，不能确切表达者，依从性差者，最近3个月参加其他新药临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

Diabetes mellitus ketoacidosis, non-ketotic hyperosmolar coma, during pregnancy and lactation, hypersensitive to many drugs or allergic diseases, severe heart and lung diseases(unstable angina pectoris, cardiac insufficiency stage III-IV, acute cardiac infarction, acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cor pulmonale), liver cirrhosis, Diabetic nephropathy >stage 4, PLT<100x10^9/L, ulcer caused by malignant neoplasm, psychosis, poor compliance, taking part in other clinical trials
