研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊在改善绝经期妇女高危型 HPV 感染清除率中的有效性及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the efficacy and safety of vaginal Lactobacillus viable capsules in improving the clearance rate of high-risk HPV infection in postmenopausal women.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.已或拟进行激光、LEEP术、全切手术治疗者； 2.目前正在采用激素替代治疗患者； 3.合并其他严重内科疾病，如严重心、肝、肾等功能不全； 4.存在严重免疫缺陷疾病； 5.合并有任何肿瘤疾病患者（含宫颈癌）； 6.对药物或胶囊壳存在严重过敏反应； 7.近3个月参与过其他药物临床研究； 8.研究者判定不适宜参与本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals who have undergone or plan to undergo laser therapy, LEEP procedure, or radical surgery; 2. Patients currently receiving hormone replacement therapy; 3. Those with other serious internal diseases, such as severe heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction; 4. Individuals with serious immunodeficiency diseases; 5. Patients with any tumor diseases (including cervical cancer); 6. Individuals with severe allergic reactions to drugs or capsule shells; 7. Those who have participated in other drug clinical trials in the past 3 months; 8. Individuals deemed unsuitable by the investigator to participate in this study.
