本项目的实施将有助于解决心脏骤停后脑损伤早期神经功能评估与BM-MSCs在脑损伤治疗中的“靶向困难、机制不清”两大关键科学问题，推动心脏骤停后脑损伤精准治疗的深入发展。  

Objectives of Study：

The implementation of this project will help address two key scientific challenges in post-cardiac arrest brain injury: the early assessment of neurological function and the "targeting difficulties and unclear mechanisms" of BM-MSCs in brain injury treatment, thereby advancing the in-depth development of precision therapy for post-cardiac arrest brain injury.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠 2.中枢神经系统器质性疾病导致的心脏骤停（如脑出血、缺血性脑卒中、脑疝等） 3.颅脑损伤患者；既往严重神经系统疾病（如痴呆、脑卒中后遗症） 4.终末期疾病，如恶性肿瘤终末期 5.早期治疗限制：入院后24小时内基于非神经预后原因计划撤除生命支持（如难治性多器官衰竭、治疗无效指征） 6.无法按时采血/随访 7.可能严重干扰生物标志物解读的情况(如入院时活动性感染性/炎症性中枢神经系统疾病、明显溶血导致样本不可用)

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnancy 2. Cardiac arrest caused by organic diseases of the central nervous system (e.g., cerebral hemorrhage, ischemic stroke, brain herniation, etc.) 3. Patients with traumatic brain injury; history of severe neurological diseases (e.g., dementia, sequelae of stroke) 4.Terminal illnesses, such as end-stage malignant tumors 5. Early treatment limitation: Planned withdrawal of life support within 24 hours of admission for reasons unrelated to neurological prognosis (e.g., refractory multiple organ failure, indicators of treatment futility) 6.Inability to perform timely blood sampling/follow-up 7.Conditions that may severely interfere with the interpretation of biomarkers (e.g., active infectious/inflammatory central nervous system disease at admission, significant hemolysis rendering samples unusable)
