研究目的：

评估纳布啡作为鞘内佐剂，对单次腰麻下肛门直肠手术术后疼痛的影响，为临床用药提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to evaluate the effect of nalbuphine as an intrathecal adjuvant on postoperative pain of anorectal surgery under single spinal anesthesia, and to provide reference for clinical medication.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.已知对局部麻醉剂/阿片类药物过敏者； 2.肝肾功能不全的患者； 3.严重心脏神经系统疾病； 4.脊柱畸形或腰椎穿刺部位皮肤感染； 5.患有精神疾病，不能配合； 6.出血、凝血功能障碍； 7.在最近3个月内参与过其他任何药物或器械试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Known allergy to local anesthetics or opioids. 2.Patients with hepatic or renal insufficiency. 3.Severe cardiac or neurological diseases. 4.Spinal deformity or local skin infection at the site of lumbar puncture. 5.Presence of psychiatric disorders that would preclude cooperation. 6.Hemorrhagic tendency or coagulation disorders. 7.Participation in any other drug or device clinical trial within the last 3 months.
