This study aims to investigate the efficacy of diffusion optics spectacle lenses on myopia progression in pre-myopia and myopia, and to explore the potential underlying mechanisms

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）不遵从医嘱，未按要求进行随访； 2） 配戴镜片过程中出现无法适应镜片的情况：头晕、眼部不适等；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Failure to comply with medical advice or failure to complete follow-up visit; 2) Inability to adapt to the lenses during wear, such as dizziness, ocular discomfort, etc.;

简单随机化，由1名不参与本研究的人员进行，将利用SPSS软件生成随机数字表，按1:1的比率和受试者入组的先后顺序将其分配至分配干预组和对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Simple Randomization. It will be conducted by 1 person who will not participate in this study, and a table of randomized numbers will be generated using SPSS software. The subjects will be assigned to the allocated intervention group and control group in a ratio of 1:1 and in the order of their enrollment in the group.
