研究目的：

氢/甲烷呼气试验（HMBT）是诊断小肠细菌过度生长（SIBO）的首选无创检查方法。亚洲共识与北美共识在SIBO的诊断阈值、检测时间窗和基线解读方面存在显著差异。本研究评估HMBT在中国西部人群中，依据亚洲共识和北美共识标准对SIBO诊断的差异性与适配性，明确两者在真实临床情境下的判别能力与临床表型意义，并探索能够反映疾病负担的临床诊断标准。  

Objectives of Study：

The hydrogen/methane breath test (HMBT) is the preferred non-invasive method for diagnosing small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO). Significant differences exist between the Asian and North American Consensus regarding diagnostic thresholds, testing windows, and baseline interpretations. This study evaluates the discrepancy and adaptability of HMBT in diagnosing SIBO in the western Chinese population, comparing both consensus standards, and aims to assess their diagnostic accuracy and clinical relevance in real-world settings, as well as identify standards that reflect the disease burden.

1. HMBT准备不合格或检测过程不符合规范的患者； 2. 孕妇或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with improper preparation for the HMBT or whose testing process does not meet the standard; 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
