研究目的：

通过回顾在四川大学华西医院行ASD闭合手术的患者病历资料，确定ASD修补术后患者MR加重的危险因素，建立预测模型，划分MR加重高危患者。  

Objectives of Study：

By retrospectively reviewing the medical records of patients who underwent atrial septal defect (ASD) closure at West China Hospital of Sichuan University, we aim to identify the risk factors for worsening mitral regurgitation (MR) post-repair, develop a predictive model, and stratify patients at high risk for MR aggravation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前存在器质性二尖瓣病变（如风湿性、退行性、感染性心内膜炎、腱索断裂等）； 2.合并其他需要同期处理的重大心脏手术（如冠状动脉搭桥术、主动脉瓣置换术等）； 3.既往有二尖瓣手术史； 4.随访资料缺失或失访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of organic mitral valve disease before surgery (such as rheumatic, degenerative, infective endocarditis, chordal rupture, etc.); 2. Combined with other major cardiac surgeries that need to be performed simultaneously (such as coronary artery bypass grafting, aortic valve replacement, etc.); 3. History of previous mitral valve surgery; 4. Missing follow-up data or lost to follow-up.
