研究目的：

评价控制性低中心静脉压（CLCVP）技术在儿童肝切除术中的有效性与安全性，为优化小儿肝切除术麻醉管理、减少术中出血及输血、改善预后提供循证依据。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of controlled low central venous pressure (CLCVP) during pediatric hepatectomy, and to provide evidence-based support for optimizing anesthetic management, reducing intraoperative blood loss and transfusion requirements, and improving postoperative outcomes in children undergoing liver resection.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肾、心功能严重异常； 2.腹部手术史； 3.高血压； 4.精神疾病或智力发育异常。 5.术前存在脱水或低血压（收缩压 < 同年龄正常下限）； 6.对研究中使用的药物过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe renal or cardiac dysfunction; 2.History of abdominal surgery; 3.Hypertension; 4.Psychiatric disorders or intellectual developmental disabilities; 5.Preoperative dehydration or hypotension (systolic blood pressure below the lower limit of normal for age); 6.Allergy to any drugs used in the study.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

使用分层随机化分组，将合格受试者按1：1的比例分配至干预组与对照组。考虑因素包括年龄、疾病类型、手术难度分级（低、中、高，由外科医师参考DSS-ER肝脏手术难度分级评判）。由与本试验无关的第三方生物统计学家，使用R语言统计软件，为上述每一个分层独立生成一套随机分配序列。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Stratified randomization was used to allocate eligible participants to the intervention and control groups in a 1:1. The stratification factors included age, disease type, and surgical difficulty grading (low, moderate, or high), as assessed by the surgeon with reference to the DSS-ER liver surgery difficulty scoring system. An independent biostatistician not involved in this trial generated separate random allocation sequences for each stratum using R statistical software.
