研究目的：

1.主要目的 评估伏诺拉生联合米诺环素的10d/14d四联疗法在幽门螺旋杆菌感染复治中的应用价值。 2.次要目的 评估在HP复治患者中伏诺拉生联合米诺环素与胃镜下耐药基因检测/细菌培养后的个性化方案的根除率的优劣。 3.探索性目的 探索对于临床上拒绝行胃镜活检的HP复治病人的治疗方案选择。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary Objective To evaluate the value of a 10-day/14-day quadruple therapy regimen of vonoprazan combined with minocycline in the retreatment of Helicobacter pylori infection. 2. Secondary Objective To compare the eradication rates of vonoprazan combined with minocycline versus individualized regimens based on endoscopic drug resistance gene testing/bacterial culture in patients undergoing retreatment for H. pylori infection. 3. Exploratory Objective To explore treatment options for H. pylori retreatment patients who refuse endoscopic biopsy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：1.不配合治疗者；2.入院前存在精神疾病，心、肝、肾等重要器官功能不全者；3.计划妊娠、妊娠期和哺乳期妇女；4.对本研究所用药物过敏者；5.治疗前4周内使用过铋剂、抗菌药物者，治疗前2周内使用过PPI、H2受体拮抗剂者；6.有上消化道疾病手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are non-compliant with treatment; 2. Patients with mental illness or dysfunction of vital organs such as heart, liver, or kidney before admission; 3. Women planning pregnancy, pregnant women, and lactating women; 4. Patients allergic to the drugs used in this study; 5. Patients who have used bismuth preparations or antibacterial drugs within 4 weeks before treatment, or PPIs or H2 receptor antagonists within 2 weeks before treatment; 6. Patients with a history of upper gastrointestinal surgery.
