本研究旨在阐明瑞马唑仑通过促进小胶质细胞M2型极化来减轻组蛋白乳酸化导致的TBI-induced ALI中的铁死亡，为创伤性脑损伤患者术中麻醉药的使用提供更优的选择。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to clarify that remimazolam can reduce ferroptosis in TBI-induced ALI caused by histone lactatation by promoting M2 microglial polarization, and to provide a better choice for the use of intraoperative anesthetics in patients with traumatic brain injury.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他代谢性疾病病史者；
2.存在代谢性疾病疾病或服用代谢性疾病治疗药物的患者；
3.对瑞马唑仑存在不良反应的患者；
4.组织样本保存不良或样本量不足；
5.拒绝参与研究者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with history of other metabolic diseases;
2.Patients with metabolic diseases or taking drugs to treat metabolic diseases;
3.Patients with adverse reactions to remimazolam;
4.Poor preservation of tissue samples or insufficient sample size;
5.Refusal to participate in the study;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

全过程均遵守国家相关规定。数据收集采用统一的病例报告表，并由医学专业人员对收集的数据进行医学核查，统计师进行统计核查。如果发现数据问题将反馈给数据收集人员，并核查原始病历进行数据修订，对于有疑问的病历记录将由研究者最终确定。数据管理全流程将确保数据的完整性、准确性和透明性等符合规定，保证后续统计分析顺利进行。数据录入是由专业人员将符合本研究纳入排除标准的患者数据，按照病例报告表录入到电子数据采集系统（Electronic Data Capture System，EDC）中，并经过系统质控和数据核查，以保证数据的质量。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The entire process complies with relevant national regulations. The data collection adopts a unified case report form, and the collected data is subject to medical verification by medical professionals and statistical verification by statisticians. If any data issues are found, they will be reported to the data collection personnel and the original medical records will be checked for data revision. For medical records with doubts, the researcher will make the final decision. The entire process of data management will ensure that the integrity, accuracy, and transparency of data comply with regulations, ensuring the smooth progress of subsequent statistical analysis. Data entry refers to the process in which professional personnel input patient data that meets the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study into the Electronic Data Capture System (EDC) according to the case report form, and undergo system quality control and data verification to ensure the quality of the data.
