研究目的：

胰岛素抵抗是对手术的积极保护反应。这种抵抗对患者的健康有一些负面影响。 它与感染性并发症有关。 同时，术后胰岛素抵抗已显示与术后住院时间相关。最近几项临床研究表明，手术前2小时给予富含碳水化合物的饮料可减少正常患者的术后胰岛素抵抗。 我们的研究目的是调查糖尿病患者术前口服碳水化合物对胰岛素抵抗的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Insulin resistance is a positive protective reaction against surgery .this resistance has some negative consequences for patient health. It is associated with infectious complications. At the same time, Postoperative insulin resistance has been shown to correlate with the length of postoperative stay in hospital.Recently several clinical studies have shown that a carbohydrate-rich drink given 2 h before surgery diminishes postoperative insulin resistance in normal patient. The aim of our study is to investigate the effects of preoperative oral carbohydrates on insulin resistance in diabetic patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.在过去的6个月中，体重减轻了10％以上
2.肾功能不全（肌酐，> 3 mg / dl;血液透析）
3.肝功能不全（Child-Pugh分级≥B）
4.胃食管反流病
5.已知胃肠道阻塞或病情（包括药物治疗）会影响胃排空率
6.ASA IV-V
7.妊娠

Exclusion criteria：

1. Weight loss greater than 10 percent during the previous 6 months;
2. Renal insufficiency (creatinine,> 3 mg/dl;hemodialysis);
3. Hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh class≥B);
4. Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease;
5. Gastrointestinal obstruction or conditions(including pharmacological treatment) known to affect gastric emptying rate;
6. ASA IV-V;
7. Pregnancy.
