评价并分析基于数字疗法的慢阻肺患者管理模式与传统管理模式在社区慢阻肺患者管理中的应用效果与差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate and analyze the application effects and differences of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patient management model based on digital therapy and the traditional management model in the management of COPD patients in the community.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.视力、听力、认知功能障碍无法正常沟通者； 2.既往精神病史不能配合者； 3.合并有严重器质性心脏病、恶性肿瘤、肝肾功能障碍等疾病； 4.无法使用智能用药传感器，机体极度虚弱者等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with visual, auditory, or cognitive impairments preventing normal communication; 2. Those with a history of psychiatric disorders rendering them non-cooperative; 3. Patients with concomitant severe organic heart disease, malignant tumours, hepatic or renal dysfunction, or similar conditions; 4. Individuals unable to utilise smart medication sensors, or those in a state of extreme physical debility.

Simple random grouping was conducted. Researchers generated random numbers ranging from 0 to 1 using the Rand function in Excel, and then sorted these numbers in ascending order. The subjects with sequence numbers 1 to 74 were assigned to the control group (n = 74), while those with sequence numbers 75 to 148 were assigned to the intervention group (n = 74).
