研究目的:

探讨“磁物理因子”与“运动零食”协同干预方案对老年肌少症患者的临床疗效,并初步阐明其可能的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study:

To investigate the clinical efficacy of a combined intervention of "magnetic physical factor therapy" and "exercise snacks" in elderly patients with sarcopenia and to preliminarily elucidate its potential underlying mechanisms.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.合并严重心、肝、肾疾病、活动性恶性肿瘤、原发性神经肌肉疾病; 2.存在认知或躯体障碍,无法配合完成规定的运动或磁场干预; 3.已知对乳清蛋白、维生素D等营养补充剂过敏; 4.近3个月内接受过系统的肌少症相关干预(如规律性抗阻训练、肌肉靶向营养补充等); 5.下肢近期(6个月内)有严重骨折、肌腱/韧带重建手术史,或存在未愈合的软组织损伤; 6.对试验设备及相关附件(如电极胶、贴片材料等)存在已知过敏; 7. 研究者判断存在其他不适宜参与本研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Presence of severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal diseases, active malignant tumors, or primary neuromuscular diseases. 2.Cognitive or physical impairment that would preclude the ability to comply with the prescribed exercise or magnetic field interventions. 3.Known allergy to nutritional supplements such as whey protein or vitamin D. 4.Participation in systematic sarcopenia-related interventions (e.g., regular resistance training, targeted muscle nutrition supplementation) within the past 3 months. 5.History of severe lower limb fracture, tendon/ligament reconstruction surgery within the past 6 months, or presence of unhealed soft tissue injuries. 6.Known allergy to components of the trial equipment or related accessories (e.g., electrode gel, patch materials). 7.Any other condition deemed by the investigator to render the subject unsuitable for participation in the study.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

本研究采用纸质病例记录表(CRF)进行原始数据记录,并通过基于互联网的电子数据采集(EDC)系统进行数据的电子化录入与管理。具体而言,所有研究数据将首先记录于经审核定稿的纸质CRF中,随后由经培训的授权研究人员及时录入至符合数据完整性法规要求的ResMan临床研究管理系统。该EDC系统具备完善的用户权限管理、自动逻辑核查、数据修改留痕及安全存储功能,以确保数据的真实性、可靠性与保密性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

This study will utilize paper-based Case Report Forms (CRFs) for original data recording and an internet-based Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system for electronic data entry and management. Specifically, all study data will first be recorded on approved paper CRFs. Subsequently, trained and authorized research personnel will promptly enter the data into the ResMan clinical research management system, which is an EDC system compliant with data integrity regulations such as 21 CFR Part 11. This system features comprehensive user role and permission management, automatic logic checks, an audit trail for data modifications, and secure storage functions to ensure the authenticity, reliability, and confidentiality of the data.
