系统评估移动健康教育干预平台的可用性、有效性及经济性。通过整群随机对照试验，综合评价平台作为干预工具的实际应用效果、对相关知识行为的改善作用，并开展经济学分析，为其可持续应用与推广提供全面证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Systematically evaluate the usability, effectiveness, and cost-effectiveness of a mobile health education intervention platform. Through a cluster randomized controlled trial, comprehensively assess the platform's practical application as an intervention tool and its impact on improving knowledge and behaviors. Conduct an economic analysis to provide comprehensive evidence supporting its sustainable application and widespread adoption.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）家长无可用扫码电子设备，或不具备基础线上操作能力；
2）不愿签署知情同意书，或中途计划退出研究，无法保证全程参与。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Parents lack access to a device capable of scanning QR codes or lack basic online operational skills;
2) Parents refuse to sign the informed consent form or plan to withdraw from the study midway, making full participation unfeasible.

First, stratify by the two districts/counties in Dongying City and assign uniform identification numbers to all schools within each district/county. Then, within each stratum, researchers will use random sequence lists in Excel to select schools, drawing two schools per district/county and assigning them to either the intervention group or the control group.
