研究目的：

探索SMI和HALP对胃肠道间质瘤（GIST）患者术后复发的影响，分析GIST患者长期预后的预测因素，建立动态列线图预测模型，为胃肠道间质瘤术后患者制定临床决策和完善风险评估标准提供帮助  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of SMI and HALP on postoperative recurrence in patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST), analyze the predictive factors of long-term prognosis of GIST patients, and establish a dynamic nomogram prediction model to provide help for making clinical decisions and improving risk assessment criteria for patients with GIST after surgery

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他恶性肿瘤者； 2.术前已行其他抗肿瘤治疗者； 3.有远处转移或邻近器官侵犯，仅接受姑息性手术者； 4.临床病历资料、检查结果及随访数据缺失较大。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other malignant tumors; 2. Patients who have received other anti-tumor treatments before surgery; 3. Patients with distant metastasis or adjacent organ invasion who only undergo palliative surgery; 4. Cases with significant missing clinical records, examination results, or follow-up data.
