To compare gut microbiota between GD and HT patients, and develop a microbiota-based diagnostic model for AITD

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准（所有受试者） 近1个月内使用过抗生素、质子泵抑制剂、益生菌/益生元； 合并其他自身免疫性疾病（如系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿关节炎等）、炎症性肠病、恶性肿瘤； 有胃肠道重大手术史； 妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

Use of antibiotics, proton pump inhibitors, probiotics/prebiotics within the past month; Comorbid with other autoimmune diseases (e.g., systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis), inflammatory bowel disease, or malignant tumors; History of major gastrointestinal surgery; Pregnant or lactating women.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.病例记录表 (CRF)： 基于研究方案，我们设计了一份标准化的数据收集表格，用于从医院信息管理系统（HIS）和电子病历（EMR）中回顾性提取所需变量。 2.电子采集和管理系统： 提取的数据由两名研究人员独立录入到 Microsoft Excel 表格中，并进行交叉比对以确保准确性。最终数据由研究负责人使用 IBM SPSS Statistics (版本 26.0) 进行统一管理和统计分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1.Case Report Form (CRF): Based on the study protocol, we designed a standardized data collection form to retrospectively extract required variables from the Hospital Information System (HIS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR). 2.Electronic Collection and Management System: The extracted data were independently entered into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets by two researchers and cross-verified to ensure accuracy. The final dataset was uniformly managed and statistically analyzed by the principal investigator using IBM SPSS Statistics (Version 26.0).
