比较腹腔镜类NOTES（NOSE）手术与常规腹腔镜手术在乙状结肠、直肠癌治疗方面的长、短期效果

Objectives of Study：

to compare the short-term and long-term outcomes of NOSE vesus conventional laparoscopy-assisted surgery for the cancer of the sigmoid colon and rectum

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①BMI≥30；
②怀孕或哺乳期的妇女；
③严重的精神疾病；
④既往有重大盆腔手术的病史；
⑤因肿瘤出血、穿孔、梗阻等行急诊手术的患者
⑥同时需行其它脏器手术

Exclusion criteria：

1. BMI≥30;
2. Pregnant woman or lactating woman;
3. Severe mental disease;
4. Previous sever pelvic surgery;
5. mergency operation due to complication (bleeding, perforation or obstruction) caused by colorectal cancer;
6. Requirement of simultaneous surgery for other disease.
