研究目的：

通过1:1随机对照临床研究，以轻度认知障碍人群为对象，以蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)为主要评价指标，评估24周八段锦锻炼对轻度认知障碍患者认知功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a 1:1 randomized controlled clinical study, the subjects with mild cognitive impairment were selected, and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) was used as the main evaluation index to evaluate the knowledge of patients with mild cognitive impairment after 24 weeks of exercise.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

基础治疗组： 积极寻找MCI的病因，对可治的病因进行针对性治疗，如对高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症的积极控制；对脑血管病的二级预防等。 质量控制手段：建立微信群，定期随访患者情况。 基础治疗+八段锦干预组： 基础治疗的同时给予八段锦锻炼干预。每周八段锦锻炼不少于3次，锻炼总时长不少于150min，（推荐方案：一天2次，一次17分钟的八段锦锻炼，其中包括5分钟热身及12分钟八段锦锻炼），一共24周锻炼干预。每12周评估一次患者认知功能。组织锻炼过程中，由擅长八段锦及讲授的专业人员带领并指导，后期可在医院或者家中跟随视频练习。八段锦具体动作组合遵循2003年国家体育运动管理总局颁布的医疗气功八段锦标准。 质量控制手段：1.每月定时定点组织进行八段锦集中指导锻炼；2.刻印八段锦视频光盘，帮助患者自行进行八段锦锻炼；3.建立微信群，按时提醒患者八段锦锻炼及定期随访患者情况，及时解决患者在八段锦锻炼干预过程中遇到的问题。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Basic treatment group: Actively look for the cause of MCI, targeted treatment of treatable causes, such as positive control of hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia; secondary prevention of cerebrovascular disease. Quality control measures: Establish WeChat group and follow up patients regularly. Basic treatment + Ba Duan Jin intervention group: At the same time as the basic treatment, Ba Duan Jin exercise intervention was given. Exercise eight times a week, no less than 3 times, the total length of exercise is not less than 150min, (recommended program: 2 times a day, a 17-minute Ba Duan Jin exercise, including 5 minutes warm-up and 12 minutes Ba Duan Jin exercise) A total of 24 weeks of exercise intervention. Patient cognitive function was assessed every 12 weeks. In the process of organizing exercise, it is led and guided by professionals who are good at Ba Duan Jin and teaching. Later, you can follow the video practice in the hospital or at home. The specific action combination of Ba Duan Jin follows the standard of medical Qigong Ba Duan Jin issued by the State Sports Administration Administration in 2003. Quality control means: 1. Regularly organize the eight-stage Jinjin guidance exercise every month; 2. Inscribe the eight-section video CD to help the patient to carry out the exercise of Ba Duanjin; 3. Establish the WeChat group and remind the patient to exercise on time. And regular follow-up of the patient's situation, timely solve the problems encountered by the patient during the intervention of Ba Duan Jin exercise. 

纳入标准：

排除标准：

①合并有严重的心、肝、肾和造血系统等疾病，以及恶性肿瘤、精神病患者；
②明显肢体残障患者（MRS大于1级）；
③正在或近3个月参加其他临床试验者；
④具有其他运动禁忌症的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. combined with serious diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, as well as malignant tumors and mental patients;
2. patients with obvious physical disabilities (MRS greater than 1);
3. participating in other clinical trials in the past 3 months;
4. patients with other exercise contraindications.
