研究目的：

本研究将前瞻性纳入I型自身免疫性胰腺炎患者，建立系统的临床队列，全面收集并长期随访I型AIP患者的人口学、临床表现、血清学、影像学、病理学及治疗相关数据，揭示其自然病程、复发规律及预后特征，为早期精准识别、规范化诊治与个体化管理提供高质量循证依据。

Objectives of Study：

This study will prospectively enroll patients with type 1 autoimmune pancreatitis, establishing a systematic clinical cohort to comprehensively collect and long-term follow up data on the demographics, clinical manifestations, serology, imaging, pathology, and treatment of type 1 AIP patients. It aims to reveal the natural course, recurrence patterns, and prognostic characteristics of the disease, providing high-quality evidence for early and precise identification, standardized diagnosis and treatment, and individualized management.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并临床与IgG4相关疾病相似的疾病：如干燥综合征，多血管炎性肉芽肿病，结节病，嗜酸性肉芽肿性多血管炎等； 2.合并恶性肿瘤； 3.合并严重且不可逆的器官损伤； 4.合并活动性感染； 5.怀孕或哺乳。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Combined with diseases similar to IgG4-related disease clinically: such as Sjögren's syndrome, granulomatosis with polyangiitis, sarcoidosis, eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis, etc.; 2.Combined with malignant tumors; 3.Combined with severe and irreversible organ damage; 4.Combined with active infections; 5.Pregnant or breastfeeding.
