研究目的：

开发集分子分型、智能分析和报告系统于一体的精准诊断工具，实现整合遗传信息与临床表型的动态随访大数据的资源共享，优化遗传预警系统并实现应用推广。  

Objectives of Study：

Develop an integrated diagnostic tool that combines molecular subtyping, intelligent analysis, and a reporting system. This will enable resource sharing of dynamic follow-up big data that integrates genetic information with clinical phenotypes, optimize the genetic warning system, and facilitate its application and promotion.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

2型糖尿病排除标准：1.已确诊为 1 型糖尿病、妊娠期糖尿病或其他特殊类型糖尿病；2.既往胰腺疾病或继发性糖尿病等；3.长期使用影响糖代谢的药物；4.严重肝肾功能不全患者；5.恶性肿瘤； 特殊类型糖尿病排除标准：1.已确诊为 1 型糖尿病、2型糖尿病、妊娠期糖尿病；2.既往胰腺疾病或继发性糖尿病等；3.长期使用影响糖代谢的药物；4.严重肝肾功能不全患者；5.恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria for Type 2 Diabetes: 1.Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes, or other special types of diabetes;2. History of pancreatic disease or secondary diabetes; 3.Long-term use of medications that affect glucose metabolism;4. Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction; 5. History of malignant tumors. Exclusion Criteria for other specific types of diabetes: 1.Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, or gestational diabetes; 2. History of pancreatic disease or secondary diabetes; 3.Long-term use of medications that affect glucose metabolism; 4.Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction; 5. History of malignant tumors.
