研究目的：

评估DEB-PAE治疗难治性CP/CPPS的安全性和操作可行性（记录所有不良事件的发生率及严重程度）  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the safety and procedural feasibility of DEB-PAE for the treatment of refractory CP/CPPS (record the incidence and severity of all adverse events).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 可疑前列腺癌（PSA异常且未经穿刺活检证实为良性）。 2. 急性前列腺炎、泌尿系统感染。 3. 严重的神经源性膀胱、膀胱出口梗阻或尿潴留。 4. 严重的心、肝、肾功能不全及凝血功能障碍。 5. 对造影剂、NSAIDs类药物过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suspected prostate cancer (abnormal PSA and not confirmed as benign by needle biopsy). 2. Acute prostatitis, urinary tract infection. 3. Severe neurogenic bladder, bladder outlet obstruction, or urinary retention. 4. Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency, and coagulation dysfunction. 5. Allergy to contrast agents or NSAIDs.
