研究目的:

1 明确临床 KPC-PA 检出率以及优势克隆菌株; 2 明确临床 CRPA 菌株中 CRISPR-Cas 携带率以及分型; 3 明确临床 CRISPR-Cas 阳性的 CRPA 中, anti-CRISPR 携带率; 4 明确bla KPC-2 逃逸CRPA的CRISPR-Cas系统防御的机制以及质粒上编码的 anti-CRISPR(Acr)蛋白的抑制作用。  

Objectives of Study:

1 Clearly define the detection rate of clinical KPC-PA and the dominant clone strains; 2 Clearly define the CRISPR-Cas carrying rate and typing of clinical CRPA strains; 3 Clearly define the anti-CRISPR carrying rate in clinical CRISPR-Cas positive CRPA; 4 Clearly define the mechanism of defense against the CRISPR-Cas system of bla KPC-2 evading CRPA and the inhibitory effect of the encoded anti-CRISPR (Acr) protein on the plasmid.

1.所有临床菌株经过VITEK2系统进行菌种鉴定,且排除重复菌株、标本不合格菌株;

Exclusion criteria:

1.All clinical strains were identified using the VITEK2 system, and duplicate strains and those from unqualified specimens were excluded.
