探索高钾血症同质化管理对高钾血症患者诊断率、治疗率、复查率及疾病负担的相关影响，为高钾血症探索新的管理模式。

Exploring the impact of homogeneous management of hyperkalemia on the diagnosis rate, treatment rate, re-examination rate, and disease burden in patients with hyperkalemia, to explore new management models for hyperkalemia.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

通过山西省人民医院临床科研平台和由本院肾内科联同信息管理中心研发的"血钾管理中心系统",然后关联病历及检验信息系统获取患者的相关资料，并关联医嘱，采集和管理数据，导出excel。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Through the clinical research platform of Shanxi Provincial People's Hospital and the "Serum Potassium Management Center System" developed by the Department of Nephrology and the Information Management Center of our hospital, the patients' relevant information was obtained by correlating the Electronic Medical Record System (EMRS) and Laboratory Information System (LIS), and it is linked to medical orders, collects and manages data, and exports in Excel format.
