研究目的：

评估WILLISTM颅内覆膜支架系统治疗复杂性颅底部动脉管壁缺陷性疾病临床应用的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the eficiency of clinical application of the Willis coverted stent for the treatment of complex basis cranii vessel wall defects

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)目标病变部位有重要的分支血管（如脉络膜前动脉、后交通动脉、小脑后下动脉等）；
2)无合适的血管入路，或病变动脉极度迂曲；
3)不适合介入治疗的凝血功能障碍或严重心、肝、肾功能不全或全身系统感染者。
4)患者预期寿命＜1年；
5)已知有对肝素，阿司匹林，氯吡格雷，麻醉，造影剂或X线的禁忌症；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Important side branches originate from the target aneurysm, including anterior choroidal artery, embryonic type of the posterior communicating artery and posterior inferior cerebellar artery;
2) No appropriate vessel routes or extremely tortuous parent arteries;
3) Sever coagulation disorders, dysfunction of the heart, liver or kidney or systemic infection;
4) Life expectancy <1 year;
5) There are contraindications for heparin, aspirin, clopidogrel, anaesthesia, contrast media or X-ray.
