研究目的：

空间记忆缺陷作为脑卒中患者常见的并发症之一，会导致患者空间记忆缺陷，从而导致患者出现空间预期缺失和空间忽视等症状，这些症状常会使得患者出行困难，并影响患者平衡功能，增加患者跌倒风险，严重影响患者的生活质量和生命安全。海马体在空间记忆功能中扮演重要角色，目前研究认为前庭系统和海马体之间存在紧密联系，且前庭系统也会影响空间定向功能，对前庭系统进行干预可能会显著改善患者的空间记忆和定向功能。虚拟现实（VR）训练作为目前训练患者前庭系统较为可靠安全的手段已经开始被投入使用，前庭系统刺激也是一项比较常用和有效改善患者前庭功能的手段，因此本研究将VR训练和前庭刺激同步运用于改善患者空间记忆功能中，以求实现更加有效的康复治疗，并观察前庭系统和海马体在其中所产生的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

Spatial memory deficits, as one of the common complications in stroke patients, can lead to symptoms such as spatial anticipation loss and spatial neglect. These symptoms often cause difficulties in mobility, impair balance function, increase the risk of falls, and severely impact patients' quality of life and safety. The hippocampus plays a crucial role in spatial memory function. Current research indicates a close connection between the vestibular system and the hippocampus, with the vestibular system also influencing spatial orientation. Interventions targeting the vestibular system may significantly improve patients' spatial memory and orientation abilities. Virtual reality (VR) training, recognized as a reliable and safe method for vestibular system rehabilitation, is increasingly adopted. Vestibular stimulation is another common and effective approach for improving vestibular function. This study therefore combines VR training with vestibular stimulation to enhance spatial memory function, aiming to achieve more effective rehabilitation outcomes while observing changes in the vestibular system and hippocampus during the process.Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重前庭周围病变、癫痫、重度认知障碍（MMSE<20）； 2.恶性进行性高血压； 3.恶性肿瘤； 4.既往有精神疾病.

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe vestibular disorders, epilepsy, severe cognitive impairment (MMSE < 20); 2.malignant progressive hypertension; 3.malignant tumor; 4.History of mental illness.
