研究目的：

探讨可视化鼻肠管在脑卒中后患者肠内营养管理中的应用价值，通过与传统盲插法对比，评估其在置管成功率、并发症发生率、置管时间及营养支持效果等方面的差异，以期为优化临床营养支持策略提供循证依据。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the application value of visualized nasoenteral tubes in the enteral nutrition management of post-stroke patients, this study compares them with the traditional blind insertion method, evaluating differences in tube placement success rate, complication incidence, insertion time, and nutritional support outcomes, thereby providing evidence-based support for optimizing clinical nutrition support strategies.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重心肺功能不全（如心功能Ⅲ级及以上、严重呼吸衰竭）； 2.严重鼻腔或鼻咽部疾病（如鼻咽癌、鼻窦炎伴严重炎症）； 3.严重精神障碍或无法配合研究者； 4.有严重并发症（如严重感染、多器官功能衰竭）； 5.有其他严重疾病（如恶性肿瘤、严重肝肾功能不全）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency (such as cardiac function class III or above, severe respiratory failure); 2. Severe nasal or nasopharyngeal diseases (e.g., nasopharyngeal carcinoma, sinusitis with severe inflammation); 3. Severe mental disorders or inability to cooperate with the study; 4. Severe complications (e.g., severe infection, multiple organ failure); 5. Other serious diseases (e.g., malignant tumors, severe hepatic or renal insufficiency).
