研究目的:

本项目旨在前期研究的基础上,针对现有的金属预成冠与缺隙保持器不能满足患儿美观安全需求且临床成功率较低等难题,使用3D打印技术将具有良好的美学性能、生物安全性及物理机械性能的PEEK材料用于制作乳磨牙冠修复体及缺隙保持器,本研究为儿童龋病个性化治疗提供新的、更为完善的解决思路。  

Objectives of Study:

This project aims to address the challenges posed by existing metal preformed crowns and space maintainers, which cannot meet aesthetic and safety needs of pediatric patients and have low clinical success rates. Based on previous research, this project will utilize 3D printing technology to fabricate primary molar crowns and space maintainers using PEEK material, which exhibits excellent aesthetic properties, biological safety, and physical mechanical performance. This study provides new and more comprehensive solutions for personalized treatment of pediatric dental caries.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

冠修复: (1)患者监护人不同意进行PEEK冠修复治疗; (2)研究者判断研究对象不太可能遵守研究程序; (3)研究者判断患儿监护人不太可能配合研究治疗过程; (4)患者具有严重的牙科恐惧症; (5)口腔内存在不可控制的病理过程; (6)研究者认定全身或局部疾病可能影响术后愈合; (7)同时参加其他临床研究或在录用前几周参加其他临床研究。 2. 缺隙保持器: (1)患者监护人不同意进行PEEK缺隙保持器修复治疗; (2)研究者判断研究对象不太可能遵守研究程序; (3)研究者判断患儿监护人不太可能配合研究治疗过程; (4)患者具有严重的牙科恐惧症; (5)口腔内存在不可控制的病理过程; (6)研究者认定全身或局部疾病可能影响术后愈合; (7)同时参加其他临床研究或在录用前几周参加其他临床研究。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Crown restoration: (1) The patient's guardian does not agree to undergo PEEK crown restoration treatment; (2) The investigator judges that the subject is unlikely to comply with the study procedures; (3) The investigator judges that the patient's guardian is unlikely to cooperate with the study treatment process;(4) The patient has severe dental phobia; (5) There are uncontrolled pathological processes in the oral cavity; (6) The investigator determines that systemic or local diseases may affect postoperative healing; (7) Participating in other clinical trials simultaneously or within weeks prior to enrollment 2. Space maintainer restoration: (1) The patient's guardian does not agree to undergo PEEK space maintainer treatment; (2) The investigator judges that the subject is unlikely to comply with the study procedures; (3) The investigator judges that the patient's guardian is unlikely to cooperate with the study treatment process;(4) The patient has severe dental phobia; (5) There are uncontrolled pathological processes in the oral cavity; (6) The investigator determines that systemic or local diseases may affect postoperative healing; (7) Participating in other clinical trials simultaneously or within weeks prior to enrollment
