研究目的：

通过胎儿超声血流频谱联合左心室Tei指数对妊娠晚期脐带绕颈正常单活胎进行系统的血流动力学及左心室Tei指数评估，重点分析脐动脉（UA）、大脑中动脉（MCA）阻力指数（RI）、搏动指数（PI）、收缩期与舒张期流速比（S/D）以及左心室Tei指数等关键参数。研究的核心目的是探讨这些参数在预测脐带绕颈致胎儿窘迫（FD）中的价值，并基于这些参数构建预测模型，以期为临床提供早期预警和干预的依据，降低胎儿窘迫的发生率，改善妊娠结局。  

Objectives of Study：

A systematic hemodynamic and left ventricular Tei index assessment was conducted on singleton viable fetuses with umbilical cord entanglement in late pregnancy using fetal Doppler ultrasound combined with left ventricular Tei indices. Key parameters analyzed included umbilical artery (UA) and middle cerebral artery (MCA) resistance index (RI), pulsatility index (PI), systolic-to-diastolic flow velocity ratio (S/D), and left ventricular Tei indices. The core objective of this study is to explore the predictive value of these parameters for fetal distress (FD) caused by umbilical cord entanglement. Based on these parameters, a predictive model will be constructed to provide clinical evidence for early warning and intervention, thereby reducing the incidence of fetal distress and improving pregnancy outcomes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①胎儿存在复杂心脏结构畸形；②胎儿合并严重心律失常；③胎儿合并慢性心、肝、肾疾病；④伴胎盘前置；⑤伴严重妊娠合并症；⑥伴胎膜早破；⑦不配合完成相关干预措施者；⑧数据不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Fetal complex cardiac structural malformations; 2 Fetal severe arrhythmia; 3 Fetal chronic cardiac, hepatic, or renal disease; 4 Placenta previa; 5 Severe pregnancy complications; 6 Premature rupture of membranes; 7 Failure to cooperate with relevant interventions; ⑧ Incomplete data.
