研究目的：

比较肺叶切除术中使用双腔支气管导管与支气管封堵器时，结扎肺叶动脉后呼气末二氧化碳的变化，为胸科手术麻醉气管导管选择提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparing the changes in end-expiratory carbon dioxide levels after ligation of the pulmonary artery during lobectomy using double-lumen bronchial tubes versus bronchial occluders, provides a reference for the selection of anesthesia tracheal tubes in thoracic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.拒绝参加试验的患者；
2.有严重的心、脑、肺、肝、肾和代谢疾病病史者；
3.既往有异常手术麻醉史者；
4.不配合、无法沟通者；
5.拟行右肺中叶切除的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who refused to participate in the trial;
2.Have a history of serious heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and metabolic diseases;
3.Previous history of abnormal surgical anesthesia;
4.Those who does not cooperate and cannot communicate;
5.Patients who are about to undergo a pulmonary lobectomyof the middle lobe of the right lung;
