研究目的：

1. 从临床标本、体外细胞实验两个层次全面评价tRF-2023在sJIA中调控炎症反应的生物学功能； 2. 阐明“tRF 2023-XIAP-NLRP3” 轴介导炎症反应在sJIA发病机制中起重要作用； 3. 分析tRF-2023，XIAP，NLRP3与sJIA临床特征、炎症指标、治疗方式及预后评价之间的相关性，进一步论证tRF-2023在sJIA患儿临床诊治中的作用，验证tRF-2023可否作为sJIA新型分子标记物和治疗靶标。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Comprehensively evaluate the biological function of tRF-2023 in regulating inflammatory response in sJIA from two levels: clinical specimens and in vitro cell experiments; 2. Clarify that the "tRF 2023-XIAP-NLRP3" axis mediates inflammatory response and plays an important role in the pathogenesis of sJIA; 3. Analyze the correlation between tRF-2023, XIAP, NLRP3 and sJIA clinical characteristics, inflammatory indicators, treatment methods and prognosis evaluation, further demonstrate the role of tRF-2023 in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of children with sJIA, and verify whether tRF-2023 can be used as a new molecular marker and therapeutic target for sJIA.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有原发性或继发性免疫缺陷病；
2.有活动性感染包括活动性结核、肝炎病毒感染活动期、细菌感染等情况者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Suffering from primary or secondary immunodeficiency;
2.Those with active infections including active tuberculosis, active hepatitis virus infection, bacterial infection, etc.
