研究目的：

1）探索艾玛昔替尼在HaCaT细胞及银屑病模型小鼠中的有效性及安全性； 2）研究设置外用剂型艾玛昔替尼，并验证其在模型小鼠中的疗效，为拓宽药物的临床使用范围提供依据； 3）在患者群体中，使用艾玛昔替尼，进一步验证其临床治疗效果及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy and safety of imatecib (or the specific drug name, if "" is a code/trial name, please replace accordingly) in HaCaT cells and psoriasis model mice. To develop a topical formulation of imatecib and validate its therapeutic effect in model mice, thereby providing evidence for expanding the drug's clinical application. To further evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of imatecib in patient populations.
