研究目的:

本研究旨在整合多模态临床数据与组学分析,解析皮肤疾病中的皮肤微生物-宿主互作机制。开发基于多模态信息的⼈⼯智能深度学习模型,验证其分类效率,为⽪肤科医⽣构建⼈⼯智能辅助的⽪肤病早期诊断模型。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to integrate multimodal clinical data with omics analysis to elucidate the mechanisms of skin microbiome-host interactions in dermatological diseases. It seeks to develop an artificial intelligence-based deep learning model utilizing multimodal information, validate its classification efficacy, and establish an AI-assisted early diagnosis model for dermatologists.

1.具有不典型症状; 2.免疫缺陷; 3.无法完成研究:精神疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Presence of atypical symptoms. 2. Immunodeficiency. 3. Presence of psychiatric disorders that would impede study completion.

Based on multiple lines of evidence—including clinical manifestations, auxiliary examinations such as dermoscopy and pathology, or diagnostic treatment responses—and in strict accordance with current authoritative diagnostic and therapeutic guidelines.

All assessments were independently conducted by at least two dermatologists with the professional title of deputy chief physician or higher, who were blinded to the results of other modalities, in accordance with internationally recognized criteria (e.g., PASI, SCORAD, etc.). In case of discrepancy between their ratings, a third senior dermatologist was consulted for adjudication or consensus was reached through discussion.
