研究目的：

本项 目拟在前期《肺移植术后早期症状评估量表》构建的基础上，纵向观察肺移植患 者术后症状群变化。通过描绘肺移植患者术后症状群的发展轨迹，揭示症状群动 态演变规律、影响因素及其与短期临床结局之间的关联，为临床决策提供科学依 据。基于上述研究结果，结合循证支持、专家论证，以症状管理动态模型为理论 框架，依托数智健康管理平台，构建肺移植患者术后症状数智化管理方案，并临 床验证其科学性和可靠性。研究结果或可为医务人员明晰肺移植患者术后症状变 化特点及管理策略提供新颖独特的视角，有助于识别重点人群、实现有效症状干 预，以期减轻患者症状负担、促进快速康复、提高生活质量，并可节约医疗资源， 具有重要的社会意义和经济效益。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to conduct a longitudinal observation of the changes in postoperative symptom clusters of lung transplant patients based on the previous construction of the "Early Symptom Assessment Scale after Lung Transplantation". By depicting the development trajectory of postoperative symptom clusters in lung transplant patients, the dynamic evolution laws of symptom clusters, influencing factors and their associations with short-term clinical outcomes are revealed, providing a scientific basis for clinical decision-making. Based on the above research results, combined with evidence-based support and expert argumentation, taking the dynamic model of symptom management as the theoretical framework and relying on the digital and intelligent health management platform, a digital and intelligent management plan for postoperative symptoms of lung transplant patients was constructed, and its scientificity and reliability were verified in bed. The research results may provide a novel and unique perspective for medical staff to clarify the characteristics of postoperative symptom changes and management strategies in lung transplant patients, which is helpful for identifying key populations and achieving effective symptom prevention, with the aim of reducing the symptom burden of patients, promoting rapid recovery, improving the quality of life, and saving medical resources. It has significant social significance and economic benefits.

实施症状管理方案，及时发现患者术后存在症状问题，及时汇报医生进行处理， 如出现痰液不易咳出症状，予化痰药物、雾化吸入等治疗；出现睡眠障碍症状予助眠药物、 环境管理等措施；出现发热症状予物理或药物降温，及时调整抗感染用药等治疗；出现伤口 疼痛症状予止痛治疗，心理护理等措施，发现症状及时采取治疗。

When symptoms of sleep disorders occur, sleep aid drugs are given.Environmental management and other measures; When fever symptoms occur, physical or drug cooling should be administered, and anti-infection drugs should be adjusted in a timely manner for treatment.
