研究目的：

评价夫那奇珠单抗治疗活动性PsA研究参与者第16周达到ACR 20改善的研究参与者比例。  

Objectives of Study：

Assess the proportion of study participants achieving ACR 20 improvement at week 16 in the study of fonakizumab for the treatment of active PsA.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在下列任何病史或合并疾病：药物诱发的银屑病；其他活动性炎症性疾病或自身免疫病；器官移植史；淋巴细胞增生类病史；严重感染；恶性肿瘤；精神疾病等。 2.既往使用过除抗TNF药物之外的生物药物，既往使用过≥3种抗TNF药物； 3.对本研究药物成分或辅料过敏。 4.处于妊娠或哺乳期女性，酗酒或非法药物滥用史等； 5.研究者认为不宜参加研究的其它情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of any of the following medical histories or comorbid conditions: drug-induced psoriasis; other active inflammatory or autoimmune diseases; history of organ transplantation; history of lymphoproliferative disorders; severe infections; malignant tumors; psychiatric disorders, etc. 2. Prior use of any biological agents other than anti-TNF drugs, or prior use of ≥3 types of anti-TNF drugs. 3. Allergy to any component or excipient of the investigational drug. 4. Pregnancy or lactation in female participants; history of alcohol abuse or illicit drug use, etc. 5. Any other conditions considered by the investigator as inappropriate for participation in the study.
