筛选新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎（NEC）免疫相关分子标志物，并验证，深入解析NEC的发生发展机制，为NEC的诊疗提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

Screening for immune related molecular markers of NEC, verifying and deeply analyzing the mechanism of NEC occurrence and development, providing new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of NEC.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.同时存在其他严重合并症或有影响NEC进程的疾病的新生儿；
2.无法提供足够的临床样本或历史数据的新生儿；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Newborns with other severe comorbidities or diseases that affect the NEC process;
2.Newborns who cannot provide sufficient clinical samples or historical data;
